You agree to use Fut Quiz only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

To access certain features of Fut Quiz, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

All content within Fut Quiz — including but not limited to question databases, graphics, logos, interface design, and software — is the exclusive property of Eleven Minds P.C. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Fut Quiz may offer optional in-app purchases, including subscriptions and one-time items. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with prior notice

Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We may collect usage data to improve the Service, personalise your experience, and ensure the security of our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleven Minds P.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason — including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trikala, Greece.
