Who We Are
Fut Quiz is developed and operated by Eleven Minds P.C., Kleinos, Kalampaka 42200, Greece, which acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
This Privacy Policy explains what data the Fut Quiz mobile application and this website collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

Data We Collect
Fut Quiz requires an account to play, so that your progress and your position on the leaderboards can be saved. We collect:
Account data
- Username and login credentials (passwords are stored in hashed form, never in plain text)
- Email address, where you provide one for account recovery or contact
- Profile picture and favourite team, if you choose to set them
Gameplay data
- XP, rank, ranked points and championship history
- Your entries on the public leaderboards
- Game history, coins and in-app items
Technical data
- Device identifiers, advertising identifiers and IP address
- Ad interaction data and diagnostic information
- Device tokens used for push notifications
Contact form data
- The name, email address and, if you give one, company you enter on our Contact page
- The subject you pick and the content of your message
You do not need an account to use the contact form, and what you send through it is not linked to any game account unless you tell us your username.
We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data such as health, biometric or precise location data.
How We Use Your Data
- To create and maintain your account and let you sign in
- To save your progress and show your username and score on the leaderboards
- To run championships, rankings and in-app rewards
- To send notifications about updates, events and reminders
- To display advertising and, where you have consented, personalised advertising
- To keep the service secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems
- To receive and answer messages you send us through the contact form
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you.
What Other Players See
Your username, profile picture, favourite team and your scores are visible to other players on the in-app leaderboards. Your email address, password and device data are never shown to other players. If you prefer not to be identifiable, choose a username that does not include your real name.
Advertising – Google AdMob
Google AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers, IP address, device information and interaction metrics for ad display and personalisation (where consented), performance measurement, fraud prevention and service reliability.
For EEA, UK and Swiss users the app implements a consent management platform, and you can change your ad personalisation choice at any time from the privacy settings inside the app.
Push Notifications
The app uses device tokens solely for delivering notifications about updates, events and reminders. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Device Permissions
The app does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, microphone or precise location. It may ask for notification permission, and for access to your photo library only if you choose to upload a profile picture. If a future feature requires a new permission, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Data Sharing
Eleven Minds P.C. does not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers that help us run the app — hosting and database providers, Google AdMob, push notification services, and the Google Play and Apple App Store billing systems — each acting under its own privacy policy and applicable data protection law. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Legal Basis for Processing
Processing of your data relies on:
- Performance of a contract – running your account, progress and leaderboards
- Consent – personalised ads and push notifications
- Legitimate interests – app security, fraud prevention and improvement, and answering messages you send us
- Legal obligation – keeping purchase and tax records
Data Retention & Deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time — no login needed — through the Delete Your Data page, or by emailing us your username.
Once a request is verified, your account, profile, gameplay data and leaderboard entries are permanently deleted within 30 days. We keep only purchase and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, anonymous aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked back to you, and a record of the deletion request itself.
Messages sent through the contact form are kept only for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange, and are deleted once that is no longer necessary. You can ask us to delete a message you sent at any time by emailing info@futquizapp.com.
Children
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly let them create an account or collect their data. If we discover that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it and the related account immediately.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your account and the data linked to it, including encrypted transmission and hashed passwords. Please keep your credentials confidential — no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you have the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access – obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification – correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure – request deletion of your account and data
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to object to processing
- Right to data portability – receive your data in a portable format
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Greece, the Hellenic Data Protection Authority)

This Privacy Policy is updated periodically. The latest version is always published on this page with the corresponding revision date. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
